Growth calculator
Sales Funnel Revenue Calculator
Estimate customers, revenue, gross profit, weighted pipeline value, and the most sensitive stage in a sales funnel.
Results
Results are deterministic scenario outputs, not guarantees.
Enter values and calculate to see the summary, supporting metrics, warnings, and interpretation.
Interpretation
Deterministic interpretation rules will explain what the modeled result means once a calculation is available.
Detailed breakdown
Intermediate calculation rows will appear here after calculation.
Formula
Rate-mode stage count
nextStageCount = previousStageCount × stageConversionRate
Expected revenue
expectedRevenue = expectedCustomers × modeledDealValue
Gross profit
expectedGrossProfit = expectedRevenue × grossMarginRate
Weighted pipeline value
sum(stageCount × modeledDealValue × closeProbabilityByStage)
Required top-of-funnel volume
targetRevenue / modeledDealValue / endToEndConversionRate
Assumptions
- Count mode uses the entered stage counts and derives conversion rates from adjacent stages.
- Rate mode starts with the entered top-of-funnel volume and applies each stage conversion rate in sequence.
- Weighted pipeline value uses deterministic close probabilities, not a forecast or guarantee.
- The sensitivity stage is the stage where the selected relative conversion-rate lift creates the largest modeled revenue gain.
Worked example
Example: visitors to customers
With 10,000 visitors, 500 leads, 200 qualified leads, 80 meetings, 40 proposals, and 12 customers at a 5,000 average deal value, expected revenue is 60,000 and end-to-end conversion is 0.12%.
FAQ
Should I use count mode or rate mode?
Use count mode when you already have stage counts from a real funnel. Use rate mode when planning from a starting volume and assumed conversion rates.
Is weighted pipeline value a forecast?
No. It is a deterministic scenario value created from the counts, average deal value, and close probabilities entered in the form.
How is the sensitivity stage selected?
Each stage conversion rate is lifted by the configured sensitivity percentage, capped at 100%, and the stage with the largest modeled revenue gain is shown.
